Helmets & Scotch Bonnets: Family Cassidae
Family Cassidae includes the Atlantic Casmaria, a variety of Helmet shells including the Reticulate Cowrie-Helmet which is a colorful relative of the Scotch Bonnet, and the Scotch Bonnet shell itself, the latter is a fairly common and prized shell on S. Hutxchinson Island beaches.
